Shipping Policy

Carrier

We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:

We ship via FedEx Ground, fully insured and provide you the tracking #.

Payment terms of 50% deposit due at time of order and 50% Balance due prior to shipping. Finished photos will be sent to the client upon completion.

Order Tracking

When a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Damages and Packaging:

Should there be any damages in shipping we must be notified within 7 days of delivery in order for our insurance to cover the order.

On the rare occasion of damage, we will file a claim but while waiting for it to be covered we will repair or replace the piece as quickly as possible. All of our pieces ship in wooden crates and padded boxes.

All glass shipments are fully insured by Terraza Stained Glass for shipping.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Returns & Refunds

This is a custom stained glass order and is not refundable or returnable.
