1. Measurements & Estimate
To provide you with a project quote, we need to know the measurements of the window you want and the design idea you have in mind. If you are located within our installation service area, we can do an estimate visit and get the dimensions ourselves.
The stained glass cost depends not only on the size of the piece, but also on the amount of details and complexity of the design chosen.
2. Glass Selection
Once we have the confirmed size and your design ideas, our designers will create a draft for you to review along with a color mockup based on your glass colors/textures preferences. We can send you glass photos or even mail you physical glass samples to make the process easier for you. Don't be afraid to provide us with your feedback or request our guidance! Our goal is to come up with a final mockup that embodies your stained glass vision.
3. Down Payment
Before our Terraza craftsmen begin any work, we require a 50% deposit for your custom stained glass project. We accept many different forms of payment, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.
4. Crafting
The stained glass experts at Terraza Stained Glass have more than 80 years of combined experience crafting beautiful pieces of art. Once we’ve received your deposit, we will craft your piece to perfection. Once it’s completed, we’ll send photos to ensure your ultimate satisfaction before shipping it to you.
5. Wrapping Up
If you are out of our stained glass installation range, we will collect the remainder of your payment before shipping. If your team at Terraza Stained Glass will be installing your beautiful new piece for you, we require payment of your balance at the time of installation.
