Absolutely outstanding experience with Terraza Stained Glass. We just received our custom stained glass piece for our home, and it is absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, the entire process was flawless. We commissioned an octagonal stained glass panel featuring a whitetail deer motif, and Terraza Stained Glass guided us beautifully through every step. They sent thoughtful design options, worked collaboratively with us to refine the artwork, and truly listened until we arrived at the perfect piece. Communication was excellent  throughout - we were kept informed at every stage and even received progress photos along the way. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and the piece was completed ahead of schedule, which was a delightful surprise. Shipping and packaging were equally impressive.

It's so beautiful. I love the storm clouds, the green pine trees. They packed it very carefully, with a wooden box surrounded by styrofoam peanuts. It arrived without any damage. The mounting hooks are welded on and look sturdy. Thank you!

The stained glass window is beautiful and the delivery process can only be described as Red Carpet (the window was delivered in a crate, uncrated, inspected, and the delivery men even took measurements of a few other areas in our house that we're considering ordering stained glass windows for.) I worked with Flo on exactly what I wanted for my sunroom. She was knowledgeable and helpful and she worked to create the perfect fit for my room. I ordered 3 pieves and they were made to order. Once completed, they were shipped extremely carefully and arrived all in tact. I had professional hangers come and set them up and I am very impressed with how well they worked out.
