Description

This striking landscape-style panel features a vibrant, panoramic view of snow-capped peaks and lush alpine forests. At the center of the composition, a solitary hiker in a bright red and yellow ensemble navigates a pristine, snow-dusted trail, adding a sense of human scale and adventure to the vast wilderness. Above the jagged, multi-toned mountains, a brilliant golden sun radiates bold yellow beams across a textured, deep-blue sky, casting a warm glow that reflects beautifully through the hand-cut art glass. The lower half of the scene is dominated by a winding, cerulean blue river that cuts through the snowy foreground, flanked by towering, emerald-green pine trees and a singular, gracefully detailed deciduous tree with a slender, reaching trunk. Crafted using traditional techniques—likely the Tiffany copper foil method—every segment of this work is expertly soldered, creating a durable and awe-inspiring piece of mountain-themed stained glass art.
