The stained glass panel is beautifully crafted. This was the second time I'd ordered from Terraza. The shipping is unbelievably careful, with a wooden crate inside a cardboard box--little chance of the panel being damaged! A beautiful item that should last a century or more.

The window itself is SO COOL. It'll definitely be the focal point of our living room, can't wait to see natural light hit it! The customer service was 16/10. I was a pain in the butt with not being able to decide what I wanted the window to say, and the sizing changed, but the team was very politely and cheerful for the whole experience. They were able to take a design of theirs that we liked and adjust the size, colors, and objects to something that exactly matched what we were looking for! The final dimensions of the piece were exactly what we’d specified and it looks amazing. This window is exactly what I expected. I went with the design shown, without making any changes, and it is perfect. The packaging is above and beyond with a hand made, custom wooden box inside of a cardboard box full of packing materials. The window is well made, but is not overly heavy. I searched through many pictures and artisans to pick exactly the right window for our home and I could not be happier. This investment was a great one.
